Double Delight!

Have you met my twin nephews? If you're friends with me on Facebook, you might have seen their pictures there. But if you're not, allow me to introduce my adorable nephews Ritz Multazam and Ross Mikhail to you today!

Firstly, they're twins so this makes them extra special in my book! In the picture below, Ritz is the one in red and he's also the friendlier older brother while Ross is the younger curly-haired twin in black. Don't worry if you can't tell them apart because I was very confused too initially!

The thing about twins is that everything has to be in twos, which makes them even cuter. Although different in personality, they are alike in a number of other ways. They almost always wear the same outfit, they play and do the same things together and they usually fall sick at the same time.

Planning My Weekend

It's been four days since my last update here! I've been posting at my other two blogs though so you can check my updates there.

Today, I woke up like a normal person at 7am. I turned in before midnight yesterday, which was surprising for night owl me and slept like a log throughout the night, just like a normal person. And it's Friday here too, which is my favourite day so I have lots of things planned for the weekend.

First, I need to set a dinner date with my sister, Issy's mom. Even though Baby Issy is a toddler now; I can't help calling her baby for I still think of her as a small tiny baby girl!

They're heading back to UK soon and I want to give my niece the gift I got her. I wasn't sure what to get Issy as a farewell gift so I checked out clothing for girls as my first option. I already got her a set of shirts from Mothercare the last time she came back for a visit so we shopped in the toys and games section next. And that's where I found the perfect Barbie doll for her. I hope she will remember her Aunty Marzie fondly with this gift.

I never did have a Barbie doll collection when I was a little girl. Perhaps Baby Issy can have one of her own; starting with the first one I'm giving her. Perhaps it is a good thing Baby Issy is living far away in UK right now instead of here in Malaysia. Oh So Active!

I love babies especially toddlers! I think toddlers are so cute and they're the perfect age to play with. They can't really say much but they can sure run and laugh and scream; captivating me with their cuteness the way Baby Issy did when she came for a visit!

Ooooooh what a fluffy cat!

She was running ALL over my place nonstop! There was no stopping Baby Issy and not a single moment passed when she actually kept quiet or stayed put in one spot. I followed her everywhere to keep an eye on my ultra active niece. Baby Issy explored every inch of my home; pulling everything off my table or playing with anything she sees in her path. It was adorable, albeit more than a little tiring!

Looking Cute!

I love the adorable Kids Outfit Baby Issy wore when my sister came over for dinner recently. She looked so adorable in her beige casual dress and light yellow cardigan. The colour combination was absolutely perfect for her and when I first saw her walking towards my doorway, it was like seeing a walking talking doll come to life!

Baby Issy was extremely excited to play with my huge doll collection. I think she loves Cookie Monster the most and it was sheer pleasure to see her laugh and mumble to herself as she played with everything she saw inside my home-office. I took plenty of pictures that night and these are some of my favourites.

Pretty Baby!

Baby Issy gave me a wonderful surprise visit last week, which totally made my day! I was feeling blue for so many reasons but she managed to put a smile on my face and captivate me with her cuteness. Look how big she got over the year!

Initially she dared not venture close but as soon as she saw my cats, she lost her frown and ran chasing after my kitties calling them "Mau, Mau" as she happily laughed in glee. It was a lovely sight to see my baby niece smiling from ear to ear but it was an even more great feeling to hold her in my arms. She's so chubby and huggable and she still has that sweet comforting baby smell that just makes it all the more harder to let go!

I love this little girl so much that all I want to do is shower her with gifts. Her birthday was in September and I'm thinking Strollers!
