I'm No Gardener!

If you were to ask me right this minute for tips on proper gardening care, I'd surely hesitate before answering. That's because I have limited, if not zero knowledge of gardening!

I used to enjoy having a garden at home when living with my parents but we had a gardener to look after our garden; ensuring proper garden landscaping to keep thing looking pretty at all times. At one point, we even had a small play-house for my sisters and me to play in. The play-house was nothing like this pretty summer-home (pic below) but it was just as cosy. It was small, tidy and spacious enough for the three of us to eat lunch inside.

Thanks to places like Wickes, the perfect garden is now easily within reach. For people like me who's never tried their hand at gardening, this no longer poses a problem especially if you shop for all your gardening needs here. Since it's condo-living for me at the moment, I do not have the luxury of owning a pretty garden. But when and if I finally have my own green space, I'd definitely want a small pond somewhere within my garden. I'd add a bench or two for relaxing purposes and my pond would be secluded by well-trimmed hedges and pretty scented flowers to greet me each time I take a stroll in my garden.

My cats would love it too of course and I'd ensure proper fencing around my garden so they won't be able to escape. Most importantly, I'd have to hire a gardener to keep things spic and span. I'm no gardening expert so let's leave it to the pros to keep my garden pretty always. Only then would I have the perfect well-kept blooming garden of my dreams. And perhaps, only then would I have the confidence to answer all your gardening questions without hesitation!
