Hola! I would like to take this post to wish all my friends and family as well as my wonderful Mariucans from all over the world, a very special Eid Mubarak or Raya celebration!
I hope everyone will enjoy this Raya break cause I know I will since my B will be on a long leave. We are planning a short getaway, just the two of us but I'll still be around these next few days. If you're driving home to your hometown, make sure to take it slow and steady. There is no rush to get to your destination and it's always better to be late than sorry.

Yes, ketupat palas, lontong dan kuah lodeh (since rizal kan Jawa, but cannot speak one la. Jawa Urban gitu), serunding, bagedel, kueh kacang, Ayam rendang. My late Mom used to masak ayam kurma masa Raya dengan rendang daging. Huhu.
