Yesterday marked nine years since B and I celebrated our love in the union of marriage! To all you singles out there, let me tell you that it is great to be hitched to the one you love. No doubt every marriage has its ups and downs but if you love each other enough, you will do whatever it takes to make it work! So don't give up on love and keep on searching for that one true soul mate!
How are we celebrating our special day this year? Will you see me busy checking out gorgeous apartments in Helsinki or cheap Helsinki apartments as we whisk ourselves off for another romantic European Escapade? I doubt it! The thing is, if any special occasion like birthday or anniversary falls on a weekday, we keep our celebration low-key simply because B will be working the next day. My darling gets tired easily and after a long day at the office, all he really wants to do is come home to me and our three cats.
Last night we indulged ourselves in a nice one-hour foot massage at our favourite spa, before dinner. We do enjoy our massage sessions and it has been a while since we visited our spa. Our actual anniversary dinner will be a restaurant of my choice, which we are scheduling for the weekend.
