My hubby loves it when I accompany him for a rub-dub! Be it a body or a foot massage, B prefers when I tag along for usually it is just him that goes for a massage. He loves the company I guess and since I was so exhausted from my CNY trip to Melaka on Sunday, I decided to get a nice relaxing foot massage with him as well.

Fortunately for us, Thai Odyssey was opened yesterday so we booked 2 foot massage sessions. Initially, we wanted to try the Thai Odyssey at Sunway Giza but it was full with other weary customers who had the same notion - unwind and rejuvenate with a foot massage on a public holiday. So we called up their sister branch at Centrepoint, which was free to accommodate us and drove there instead.

This is our usual branch actually and as always, the ladies at the reception greeted us warmly while B and I helped ourselves to the free candy put out for customers!

It's been ages since I enjoyed a foot massage so yesterday's session was delightful! I always enjoy the relaxing ambience of the massage room. With slow soothing music and invigorating aromatherapy scents to get me in the mood, I happily chose a chaise longue next to B and covered up with the cosy fluffy throw provided.
The pressure my masseuse used was absolutely perfect. She used slow long strokes on my feet especially, which was just so awesome and relaxing! She hit all the sore spots and I totally enjoyed my massage.
The last 15 minutes for back massage was equally enjoyable. Usually, the masseuse will massage my neck and back pretty hard and I don't enjoy it much but yesterday, my masseuse was superb and she completed my one hour massage with a nice back rub. I was impressed by her skills and already jotted down her number so I can request for the same lady on my next visit!
After our massage, we were served with the usual clear Thai tea, which I don't really like but it's supposed to be good for your health so I took a sip or two.

We left the massage centre feeling all light and bouncy. Massage is great for blood circulation and your overall health so this is another reason B and I love it so much. I have tried the traditional Thai massage before but never the aromatherapy massage, which is said to be even more relaxing. On my next visit perhaps? I can't wait!
