It has been a tiring week with lots of work and tons of house-cleaning to do. I did as much as I could and deprived myself of much-needed beauty sleep but that's what happens when you freelance from home. It's definitely no Myrtle Beach Golf vacation where one can relax and bask in the glory of a fun relaxing environment. Freelancing means you lead a hectic life; constantly accepting whatever jobs come your way for you'll never know when the next one will come along.
What made it extra stressful for me this week was the incessant drilling that's been going on right below my home-office window since Monday. The noise starts at 8am and usually ends at 5pm. Imagine the whole day being stuck inside; forced to listen to construction work and annoying noisy drilling throughout the day!
The most affected room is my home-office and I have been forced to do my work out in the living-room. The noise level there is not as bad but still as disturbing. It has been driving me up the wall; listening to the noisy construction and non-stop drilling that's been going on and I seriously don't know how much longer I can handle this terrible noise pollution!
Now, if you were in my shoes and forced to listen to noisy drilling for the past five days from 8am-5pm, wouldn't you too go insane? Wouldn't you feel like screaming? And most importantly, wouldn't you too want to get away from it all by dreaming of a Myrtle Beach Golf Package vacation even though you have no idea how to play golf?

The beach is only a few feet away and your entire stay is complete with a full kitchen and stainless steel appliances; and over-sized balconies for you to laze in the sun whilst enjoying the breeze. I can go on and on about Myrtle Beach but it's coming up to 8am and hey, it's Saturday! I have no immediate job pending and since it's the weekend, there will be no construction today, which means I can finally remedy my sleep deprivation for the next six hours or so!
