American Idol definitely came back with a big bang this 2012! After the last few years of somewhat sombre singing, I got to say this new season is probably showcasing the best talent we have seen so far. The fan in me already has a few favourites and I think it will be tough for America to decide who goes out every week.
I’ve yet to hear the original version of Carrie Underwood’s I Know You Won’t but after listening to Jeremy Rosado of American Idol Season 11 singing this song to beautiful perfection last week, I am truly in love … with this song. Such beautiful words to accompany a sad heartbreaking melody and I can’t seem to stop listening.
So I looked up Carrie Underwood’s version and apparently, Kelly Clarkson did a cover of this song too. Two of my favourite singing sensations belting out the same great song! Both versions are awesome and I just can’t decide which I love more!
