Sometimes I regret being too hasty in my decision to purchase our current home. Don't get me wrong for I love our home sweet home but if only I had taken some time to ponder my options, I would have bought the ground unit instead of our current one on the 1st floor.
Why you ask? Well, all ground floor units have their own garden! It's not huge but it would be sufficient for you to enjoy a little sunshine and breeze and you can very well plant your own flowers and what not. Plus, it would be perfect for my cats to lounge in! The garden is not gated or fenced but I could easily solve that by installing aluminum fence or gate around the area. When we were house hunting several years back, we did check out the Armanee Terrace Condo show unit as well and I instantly fell in love with it. Unfortunately, we had already bought our home then and there was no way we could fork up another huge lump sum for another condo so bye-bye Armanee!

Oh yes .. gardens are awesome for kitties kan.. when I had a backyard once in Kelang home.. the kids had a superduper time and refuse to go in each evening.. :-P

Well the higher, the pricier.. and it really depends on what you want. We've stayed on the 9th floor in another condo prior to our current home, so we decided to go lower this time around. Plus, if elevator rosak (which has yet to happen thank goodness!) then no need to worry he he! :-D :-D :-D
Surely la Foong, that's why my next home (if condo), I wanna make sure got garden so my meows can play2 there! 8-) 8-) 8-) 8-)

I think the Armanee is beautiful. I always thought living in condos or apartments when single is fine but once if I decide to get married and have a family, it would be a little crowded and maybe a semi-d is better. But looking at this Armanee, I think I wouldn't mind staying here, single or with kids. :P But yeah, I like a little garden too. Nothing brightens up a home than a few colorful and sweet-smelling plants

that's why we prefer to get a townhouse unit if we can't get to purchase a house just yet. At least consideration for lawn space and little garden is a must. We want to see our kids play there =P :-P :-P :-P
