Konbanwa! I am finally home and boy am I exhausted! Despite resting and lazing around the whole of yesterday, I m still on lazy vacation mode so give me some time while I build up my momentum for another posting frenzy!
My first post after my Japan vacation is of course devoted to my Where is Mariuca contest held last week while I was away. Comments were on moderation for a few days until I could secure internet connection. Thanks a million to everybody who took part. I laughed out loud reading your comments especially your enthusiasm in ensuring you got your answers right. Kim even went back to my very first post to figure out my vacation destination while Emila went out of her way to include a related link to my questions for the contest LOL!
After checking through all the entries, my winner for the Where is Mariuca contest is LadyJava who was the first person to answer my 2 easy questions correctly.

I'm feeling extra generous and relaxed after my wonderful vacation so I am also giving away prizes to the next two commenters who got the answers right and they are Emila and Ane! As expected, Japan was awesome and even though I walked every day and night, and returned to the hotel with aches and pains all over, it was worth the fun and unique moments we enjoyed during our 5 days there. Japan was a little pricey and I often got confused with the exchange rate but it was all money well spent.
I'll be posting loads of stories from Japan throughout the month as there's just so much to say. Thanks so much to all my friends and visitors who kept Wishing on a Falling Star alive during my vacation with your guesses and comments and I hope you had FUN with my Where is Mariuca contest!
