For ardent Nip Tuck fans like yours truly, this phrase needs no explanation. The line itself is sufficient to make you sigh and swoon at the thought of Dr. Christian Troy and Dr. Sean McNamara, the two extremely handsome plastic surgeons, devoting their talent and skills into turning ugly ducklings into swans. They usually do an amazing job too and as much as I hate the sight of blood or the idea of anything surgical, it is always amazing to watch the transformation shown on this TV show.
Aside from LadyJava who shares my interest in this gruesome yet mind-captivating TV programme, most of my friends, online or offline don't seem to feel my passion for this show. I am guessing it is way too gory for them, but putting aside all the incisions and blood, Nip Tuck is actually an extremely interesting show! I've watched all the episodes since Season 1 and am definitely looking forward to the continuation of Season 5, which aired on US TV last week.
The continuation of Nip Tuck Season 5 will see LJ's darling, Dr. Troy, diagnosed with...get ready for this peeps, breast cancer! When I read the synopsis online earlier today, I was like what?! The most feared disease by all women has plagued the handsome Troy, and seeing this isn't your everyday occurrence in real life or on TV, I am even more intrigued to start watching Nip Tuck again. Aside from the breast cancer spoiler I might have given out to some of you here, I shall not elaborate further on what's to come. Suffice to say, it all looks very interesting and I am especially keen to feast my eyes on the dreamy Dr. McNamara once again! He is my favourite of the two plastic surgeons. I find his sensitive boyish charm much more appealing than the suave smooth talker Troy! ;)
Anyway, I'd love to hear your thoughts on plastic surgery. Would you have cosmetic surgery in hopes of becoming a better looking you? Not one performed by the two fictional doctors of course, but by a real established centre like MYA Cosmetic Surgery in UK. Apparently cosmetic surgery is gaining reputation as the ideal solution more and more individuals are turning to when it comes to beautifying their physical appearance. With MYA in the picture, it looks like residents in UK have yet another UK plastic surgery option to rely on for their cosmetic needs. With 25 years of cosmetic surgery experience and some of the most skilled plastic surgeons to perform both surgical and non surgical procedures, MYA claims true expertise and professionalism in their mission to turn an ordinary you into simply amazing!
For me however, cosmetic surgery of any kind is a definite no-no! It's way too costly for my liking and more importantly, I am too much of a scaredy cat to go under the knife! I don't mind watching the procedures done on TV but to have it materialise into real life is way too much for Mariuca. Besides, I love the way I look right now despite my many flaws. With a little makeup and a whole lot of camouflaged confidence, I am content to remain as the original me! ;)
Until my next post, thank you for reading and I wish you a grand weekend. :)
