If you are a smoker, don't forget to bring e cigarettes the next time you travel especially if you are headed to Europe where most hotels are smoke-free! Remember the e-cigarette I got for B? Well it sure came in handy on our vacation. Since no real smoke is emitted from the e-cig, it does not trigger off any alarm nor does it leave a nasty smell; perfect for use in smoke-free areas.
They say it is best to quit smoking cold turkey but if there is something to help alleviate the withdrawal symptoms of quitting smoking, why torture yourself by going cold turkey? I´ve been a bit less active in EC but really miss you guys and am back to my regular drops.
I reduced my smoking when I started rolling cigarettes instead of buying normal packages. Although quitting would be much better this change worked for me.

my DH doesn't smoke so it's a good thing and he always smells good. :) wow, the hotel staircase and the chandelier look so grand indeed but must be very pricey too.
Sorry for not being able to make my presence here often. things have been really hectic lately. i'm resuming work this Monday and next week, i'll probably be flying to shanghai for work though bookings are not confirmed yet.
tonight i'll be catching with some ex classmates for yee sang dinner. i could hardly wait but a bit nervous too, it's been almost 2 decades since i last met up with them.
