Easy Rent-A-Home

I want a new cell phone! I want a BlackBerry! Ooooh and I definitely want a new home!

I sound like a little girl throwing a tantrum don't I? But it's true and I do want a new phone to replace my old one while a BlackBerry has been bugging me ever since I've seen and played around with B's new BB. As for a home, it has been a long dream coming and one that unfortunately I can't do much about at the moment since all our funds are tied up in our current home.

I figured the only feasible way for us to get a new home is if we sell the condo we're living in now and check out Homes For Rent instead. That means, we'd move into a rented place while waiting for the funds to come rolling back into our account prior to purchasing a new home. It does sound tedious and a little daunting but this is what happens when you're not a millionaire and unable to simply uproot yourself for your current home to happily purchase a second home without worries.

I know two of my gal pals who actually did this too. They sold their homes and are now renting other homes whilst waiting for their newly-purchased dream homes to be ready. It did not happen overnight of course and there was a lot of waiting and saving of funds before they could actually buy a new home. But it is possible and right now, I'm a little inspired to follow in their footsteps and will spend the next few months convincing B to get on board.
