Happy Birthday LJ! I know many of your other blog buddies will be giving you loads of e-cards today, so I've decided to treat to you to something a little different! Here is your birthday treat from me - a Flaming Volcano of american and dollar pancakes with bananas, blackcurrants, nuts, Hawaiian coconut and 10 scoops of ice cream just for you on your special day!
