White is In!

I am so into white this year! From the white sofa and the white guest-room I have been dreaming of to the exquisite white jewellery box I saw at the Curve, all the goodies I anticipate buying seem to be in the color white. When I saw this lovely jewellery box on display at a store in The Curve, I fell in love with it immediately. It was a tad pricey so I was reluctant to purchase it without sleeping on it first. A few days later B surprised me with it as my monthly anniversary gift! How great is that? Now I have a new jewellery box, which I totally love! It will replace my old tiny childish-looking one very nicely, thanks sweetie!

My problem now is finding the right place to put this lovely jewellery box. My dressing table is already packed, with my perfume collection taking up a huge part of the table. The lamp is taking up space too. I have been meaning to replace it with a new one. I read somewhere that dressing table needs to be horizontally lit from both sides to avoid seeing shadows across your face and mine doesn't seem to be doing that.
