Hey, a guy needs variety in his coffee! I lied, I am having a 4th and I will stop (yeah right). Did you know coffee is good for you? An excellent source of anti-oxidants (oligomeric proanthocyanidins, I was a biochemistry major)Therefore, one should never feel guilty for having a few x-tra cups!:)
